Store signs are a sure way of getting your business noticed. There are many different store signs that can increase your business that are affordable and easy to put up.
Store signage can be as easy as a vinyl banner, window graphics, wall posters, spinner signs and sidewalk signs.
There Are Many Types of Store Signs
A vinyl banner hung on the outside of your store is a great example of a store sign. The banners create a very large message to passing customers on the street and let them know about your products and services. An example would be a vinyl pizza banner that has a large pizza for $9.99 on it that attracts pizza lovers.
Window graphics help your store advertise their products as well. By putting simple and cheap plotted letters on your windows, you can use unused advertising space to promote your products. Stores will put “MILK ” with a price to advertise that product. Plotted vinyl letters are easy to install and remove.
Wall posters can be used to promote inside sales by letting people what is on sale while they are in the store. They can also be used in stand up frames near the entrance to alert customers of special priced products.
Spinner signs are another example of store signs that work well. When a store is slow, an employee ( instead of standing around ) will spin a coroplast spinner sign on the sidewalk to attract attention to the business. This method of advertising is getting bigger and bigger because of the results it gets. When the store gets busy, the employee simply returns to his duties in the store.
Sidewalk signs, or “A” frame signs can be placed in front of the store to alert potential customers of specials. Cafes and restaurants use sidewalk signs to promote food specials when they have excess amount of a product.
